思想政治工作是企业工作的生命线。思想政治工作是企业内部稳定的基础,同时也是企业不断进步的内在动力。在新的发展阶段,企业必须要做好广大干部职工的思想政治工作尤其是职工当中的年纪比较小的一代。本文首先分析我国青年员工思想上存在的问题,其次对加强青年员工思想政治工作的方法和途径进行探讨。
Ideological and political work is the lifeline of enterprise work. Ideological and political work is the basis of internal stability, but also the continuous driving force of enterprise progress. In the new stage of development, enterprises must do a good job in the ideological and political work of cadres and workers, especially the younger generation of workers. This article first analyzes the problems existing in the thinking of the young employees in our country, and then discusses the methods and ways of strengthening the ideological and political work of the young employees.
