目的:研究规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除治疗纤维型牙龈瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2013年11月至2014年12月期间,在我院收治的纤维型牙龈瘤70例患者作为研究对象,并随机分为对照组35例和实验组35例。对照组纤维型牙龈瘤患者给予手术切除治疗,实验组患者在对照组的基础上给予规范化牙周基础治疗,对比两组纤维型牙龈瘤患者的临床疗效。结果:与对照组比较,实验组35例纤维型牙龈瘤患者的总有效率明显更高(P<0.05)。结论:规范化牙周基础治疗联合手术切除治疗纤维型牙龈瘤具有显著的临床疗效。
Objective: To study the clinical effects of standard periodontal treatment combined with surgical resection for the treatment of fibrous gingiva. Methods: From November 2013 to December 2014, 70 patients with fibrous gingival tumor treated in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group (35 cases) and experimental group (35 cases). Patients in the control group were treated with surgical resection. Patients in the experimental group were given basic periodontal treatment on the basis of the control group, and the clinical efficacy was compared between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the total effective rate of 35 cases of fibromyalgia in experimental group was significantly higher (P <0.05). Conclusion: The standardized periodontal treatment combined with surgical resection of fibrous gingiva has a significant clinical effect.
