我院1978年6月至1992年12月共完成尸体肾移植818例、850次。人/肾总存活率1年为87.5％/77.4％;3年为78.2％/70.7％;5年为62.2％/50.8％;存活10年以上已有8例。作者认为:(1)提高肾存活率的因素是多方面的,其中高质量取肾与植肾手术尤为重要;(2)在环孢素A时代仍应坚持ABO血型及淋巴细胞毒性试验配型工作;(3)感染仍是移植失败的重要原因,应将预防感染贯彻于术
Our hospital from June 1978 to December 1992 completed a total of 818 cases of renal transplantation, 850 times. The overall survival rate of human / kidney was 87.5% / 77.4% for 1 year, 78.2% / 70.7% for 3 years and 62.2% / 50.8% for 5 years, and 8 cases for more than 10 years. The author believes that: (1) There are many factors to improve the survival rate of the kidney, including high-quality kidney and kidney surgery is particularly important; (2) in the era of cyclosporine ABO blood type and lymphocyte toxicity test should adhere to the matching Work; (3) infection is still an important reason for transplant failure, prevention of infection should be implemented in surgery
