目的:研究甘肃红芪不同产地、不同月份中4种异黄酮成分的含量变化特征。方法:采集不同月份(7、8、9、10月)的红芪样品,采用HPLC测定样品中4种异黄酮成分的含量,并进行了作图、单因素方差及相关性分析。结果:不同月份3个产地红芪样品中4种异黄酮的量存在显著性差异(P<0.01);3个产地的红芪样品中毛蕊异黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花素、芒柄花苷含量在7、8、9、10月份均为陇西样品>宕昌样品>武都样品,3个产地红芪样品中毛蕊异黄酮、毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷、芒柄花苷在10月份含量最低,9~10月呈下降趋势;芒柄花素含量9~10月呈上升趋势;武都、宕昌、陇西7、8、9、10月红芪样品的特征性成分为毛蕊异黄酮葡萄糖苷。结论:不同产地红芪中4种异黄酮的含量在不同的月份存在个性差异与相关共同特征。
OBJECTIVE: To study the changes of contents of four isoflavones in different regions of Gansu Hedysari in different months. Methods: The samples of Radix Astragali collected in different months (July, August, September and October) were collected. The contents of four isoflavones in the samples were determined by HPLC, and the mapping, single factor variance and correlation analysis were performed. Results: There were significant differences in the content of 4 isoflavones among the 3 samples of Radix Astragali collected in different months (P <0.01). The contents of 4 isoflavone, calycosin glucoside, The contents of anthocyanin in Longxi samples> Dangchang samples> Wudu samples in July, August, September and October were the lowest in October with the content of calycosin, calycosin glucoside, From October to October, the trend was declining; the formononetin content increased from September to October; the characteristic components of the samples of Radix Astragali in Wudu, Dangchang and Longxi were calycosin glucoside. Conclusion: The contents of four isoflavones in Radix Hedysari from different areas have different personality characteristics and related common features in different months.
