目的讨论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇在稽留流产刮宫术中的临床应用价值。方法将我院66例行稽留流产刮宫术患者随机分为利凡诺组(对照组)和米非司酮配伍米索前列醇组(治疗组),观察并对比两组患者子宫颈松驰扩张情况、手术时间、术中出血量和术后并发症等。结果治疗组宫颈松驰效果好,术后不良反应低,明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组在手术时间以及术中出血量方面比较明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论米非司酮配伍米索前列醇应用在稽留流产刮宫术中具有宫颈松驰效果明显,缩短手术时间,降低术中出血量以及降低术后并发症等优势,值得临床继续研究和推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical value of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in missed abortion curettage. Methods 66 cases of missed abortion curettage in our hospital were randomly divided into rivanol group (control group) and mifepristone combined with misoprostol group (treatment group), observed and compared the two groups of patients with cervical relaxation expansion Situation, operation time, intraoperative blood loss and postoperative complications. Results The treatment group had good cervical relaxation effect and low postoperative adverse reaction, which was significantly better than the control group (P <0.05). The treatment group was significantly better than the control group in operation time and intraoperative blood loss (P <0.01). Conclusion The combination of mifepristone and misoprostol has the advantages of cervical relaxation in missed abortion curettage, shortening operation time, reducing intraoperative blood loss and reducing postoperative complications, so it is worth further study and popularization.
