镇巴县是陕西省典型的偏远贫困县之一。由于交通、地理位置等影响,农民吃药贵、看病难等问题一直困扰着全县28万人口的身体健康和生活质量。2011年镇巴县被列为全省全面推行医改实行“药品三统一”的试点县。为顺利推进医改,降低药品价格,贯彻中央惠民政策,彻底解决农民吃药贵、看病难问题,县物价局联合卫生局、药监局,在县医改办及相关部门的支持下,在全县范围内开展了医药价格大检查,有效推动了“药品三统一”工作顺利开展,收到明显效果。
Zhenba County is one of the typical remote poverty-stricken counties in Shaanxi Province.
