长期接触室内空气中低浓度CO会给机体造成慢性影响,这一问题日益受到人们的关注。血液中碳氧血红蛋白(COHb)含量是评价环境中CO污染对人体健康影响的特异、灵敏指标。为此,我们针对长春市的自然条件,测定了健康人群耳血中COHb的含量,并将所得数值拟定为长春市健康人群的COHb正常值,为今后开展环保监测工作提供科学依据。
Long-term exposure to low concentrations of indoor air in the body will cause chronic effects of CO, a subject of increasing concern by the people. The content of carboxyhemoglobin (COHb) in blood is a specific and sensitive indicator to evaluate the influence of CO pollution in the environment on human health. To this end, we aimed at the natural conditions of Changchun City, measured the content of COHb in the ear and blood of healthy people and formulated the normal value of COHb for healthy population in Changchun to provide a scientific basis for environmental monitoring in the future.
