目的:体外试验研究三氧化二砷(As2O3)对兔晶体上皮细胞(RLECs)增殖的影响。方法:取第3代RLECs,分为正常组和加入不同浓度三氧化二砷的实验组,分别于作用24小时、72小时和5天后观察各组LECs的形态学改变,用MTT比色法测定As2O3对LECs的影响。结果:As2O3作用于LECs24小时的IC50为3.101μmol/L,72小时的IC50为1.743μmol/L,5天的IC50为1.094μmol/L。结论:As2O3为剂量依赖性和时间依赖性药物,对体外培养的LECs增殖有明显抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of arsenic trioxide (As2O3) on the proliferation of rabbit lens epithelial cells (RLECs) in vitro. Methods: The third generation of RLECs were divided into normal group and experimental group with different concentration of arsenic trioxide. The morphological changes of LECs in each group were observed after 24, 72 and 5 days respectively. The effect of As2O3 on LECs Impact. Results: The IC50 of As2O3 treated with LECs for 24h was 3.101μmol / L, the IC50 for 72 hours was 1.743μmol / L, and the IC50 for 5 days was 1.094μmol / L. Conclusion: As2O3 is a dose-dependent and time-dependent drug, which inhibits the proliferation of LECs cultured in vitro.
