■重叠骨内垂直阻生在临床上罕见,笔者曾诊治一例,报告如下。患者陈某,女,23岁,因左下后牙区间歇性钝痛2年就诊。2年来间歇性钝痛十余次,每次约4～5天不治自愈,疼痛时无肿胀发热等症状。检查78缺如6远中牙槽嵴粘膜有对颌牙压迹,无窦道,牙槽骨无肿胀压痛。X 线片见6远中根后方紧挨一垂直向埋伏阻生牙,其上方有一形似牙冠的模糊不透光阴影(图1)。
■ Occlusal vertical occlusion of bone is clinically rare, the author had a case of diagnosis and treatment, the report is as follows. Patient Chen, female, 23 years old, due to intermittent dull pain in the lower left posterior teeth area 2 years treatment. 2 years intermittent dull pain more than ten times, each about 4 to 5 days without cure, no symptoms such as swelling and fever when the pain. Check 78 missing 6 distal alveolar ridge mucosa with mandibular pressure, no sinus, alveolar bone without swelling tenderness. X-ray see 6 distal roots close to a vertical impacted impacted teeth, the top has a crow-shaped crown of opaque shadow (Figure 1).
