用恒速泵法同时测定椎动脉阻力(VAR)和肾动脉阻力(RAR)、冠状动脉阻力(CAR)和股动脉阻力(FAR)以比较硝苯乙吡啶(Nitrendipine,简称 NT)的选择性作用。iv NT 1μg/kg,显著降低 VAR 和 CAR,而 FAR 及 RAR 下降不明显。iv NT3μg/kg,则 CAR,VAR 和 FAR 均显著降低,而 RAR 下降不明显。以上剂量NT 均明显降低平均动脉血压(MBP),而心率(HR)则无明显变化。在麻醉开胸结扎冠脉犬,iv NT 1及3μg/kgMBP 和左心室内压(LVP)明显降低,心率(HR)和左心室内压最大上升速率(dp/dt_(max))则无明显变化。小鼠口服NT LD_(50)(95%可信限)为3.36±0.5g/kg。
