目的评价超声引导下穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿的疗效。方法回顾性分析200例在超声引导下经皮穿刺注入无水乙醇硬化治疗的单纯性肾囊肿的临床资料。结果本组囊肿治愈率达96.0%,总有效率达99.5%,穿刺成功率达100%。结论超声引导穿刺硬化治疗肾囊肿安全、准确、创伤小、费用低、疗效确实、操作简单,易应用于临床。
Objective To evaluate the efficacy of ultrasound-guided percutaneous sclerosis in the treatment of renal cysts. Methods The clinical data of 200 cases of simple renal cysts treated with ultrasound-guided percutaneous puncture with absolute ethanol sclerosis were retrospectively analyzed. Results The cure rate of this group of cysts was 96.0%, the total effective rate was 99.5% and the puncture success rate was 100%. Conclusion Ultrasound-guided sclerosis is a safe and accurate method for the treatment of renal cysts. It has the advantages of low cost, low cost, accurate curative effect, simple operation and easy application in clinic.
