2007年,党的十七大在关于党的建设的部署中,明确提出在党的基层组织和党员中深入开展创先争优活动。这项活动的开展既为党的各项工作提出了更高的要求,也为进一步贯彻落实科学发展观指明了重要路径和重要措施。如何衡量我党创先争优活动是否落到实处,是否取得预期效果呢?最根本的应该是群众的满意标准。
In 2007, in the deployment of Party building, the 17th CPC National Congress explicitly proposed that the activities of creating excellent activities should be carried out in depth among grassroots-level Party organizations and party members. This activity not only sets higher requirements for the party’s work, but also points out important paths and important measures for further implementing the scientific concept of development. How to measure whether our party’s activities aimed at creating superiority and excellence will come true and whether the desired results have been achieved? The most fundamental criterion should be people’s satisfaction standards.
