目前我国政务公开主要存在三个方面的问题 :一是在政务公开的基本概念的界定上存在着一些模糊认识 ,应当把村务公开、厂务公开、检务公开以及审判公开等不属于政务公开范畴的概念与政务公开区别开来 ,这样不仅对分析政务公开有益 ,而且也有利于关于村民自治、政企分开的探讨 ;二是在法制化问题上 ,目前我国的政务公开还缺少一部统一的立法 ,我们应当借鉴国外的一些有益的做法和经验 ,争取尽快实现政务公开的法制化 ;三是在政务公开的认识上 ,我们的基本理念较为落后 ,应当尽快实现从政府权力型到民众权利型的基本理念的转变。我们必须付出很大的努力做好这三个方面的工作 ,这对于推进我国政务公开具有十分重要的意义。

We must exert great efforts to do well the work in these three areas, which is of great significance to promoting the openness of our government affairs.
