旨在探究增加烤烟香味物质含量的栽培技术,为突出河南烤烟浓香型风格特色提供依据。将不同浓度的钼、硒营养元素相结合,通过叶面喷施处理,探究二者对烟叶化学成分及香气物质的影响。结果表明,同时喷施5 g·L-1的钼元素和25 mg·L-1硒元素,烤烟中钾和水溶性糖含量增加,氯和含氮化合物含量减少,香气物质含量明显增加。试验说明,同时喷施低浓度的钼元素和硒元素能够协调烤烟化学成分,增加香气物质量,改善烟叶的内在品质。
The purpose is to explore cultivation techniques for increasing the content of flavor substances in flue-cured tobacco and provide the basis for highlighting the flavor characteristics of Henan flue-cured tobacco. The different concentrations of molybdenum, selenium nutrients combined by foliar spray treatment to explore the chemical constituents of both the tobacco and the impact of aroma substances. The results showed that the contents of potassium and water-soluble sugar increased, the content of chlorine and nitrogen-containing compounds decreased, and the content of aroma substances increased obviously when spraying 5 g · L-1 molybdenum and 25 mg · L-1 selenium simultaneously. The experiment shows that spraying low concentrations of molybdenum and selenium simultaneously can coordinate the chemical composition of flue-cured tobacco, increase the quality of aroma compounds and improve the intrinsic quality of tobacco leaves.
