通过工程实体测试,考察某高层型钢混凝土框架-核心筒结构在施工期间从底层混凝土浇筑后到42层结构施工完的竖向变形规律。测试结果表明:型钢混凝土组合柱内混凝土与型钢存在变形差,变形协调需要的时间与混凝土强度等级有关,强度等级越高变形协调需要的时间越长;施工期间结构竖向应变,柱最大达407×10-6,剪力墙最大达359×10-6,竖向变形在混凝土14 d龄期前发展较快,14 d前完成的竖向变形与42层施工完毕完成的全部变形的比值:柱约35%,剪力墙约34%;混凝土14 d龄期后,当施工循环周期稳定时,竖向变形接近线性发展。
Through the test of engineering entity, the vertical deformation of a high-rise steel reinforced concrete frame-core structure during the construction period from the pouring of the bottom concrete to the completion of the 42-story structure was investigated. The test results show that the deformation of the concrete and the section steel in the composite column of the SRC is bad, and the time required for the coordination of the deformation is related to the strength level of the concrete. The longer the intensity level is, the longer the deformation coordination takes. The vertical strain of the column during construction is up to 407 × 10-6, the maximum shear wall reaches 359 × 10-6. The vertical deformation develops rapidly before 14 days of concrete. The ratio of the vertical deformation completed before 14 days and the completed deformation of 42 floors is: About 35% of the column and about 34% of the shear wall; after 14 days of concrete, when the construction cycle is stable, the vertical deformation close to linear development.
