高职毕业生的成长与长材是高职院校学校发展的重要课题。由于目前社会就业形势较为严峻,使高职毕业生的就业心理普遍存在许多问题。本文主要对当前高职毕业生典型的就业心理问题进行了剖析,并提出辅导与调适的办法。
The growth of higher vocational graduates and long products is an important issue for the development of higher vocational colleges and schools. Due to the current severe social employment situation, many problems exist in the employment psychology of higher vocational graduates. This article mainly analyzes the typical employment psychology problems of current vocational graduates and proposes the methods of counseling and adjustment.
