民建代表徐崇林各位代表、各位來賓:今天是我們重慶市第二次各界人員代表會議開幕的一天,本人带着無限愉快的心情來參加。我們知道重慶為西南重要的都市,尤其是惟一的工商業的都市;因此我們代表要把重慶搞好,就要把重慶工商業搞好。這也是我們這次代表會議的主要任務。但我們看看四個月來表现了什麼情况?檢討過去工作,也可以看出今後工作的方向。工商業的維持與恢復,基本上有很多因素,最重要的是建立革命秩序。我們兩次逮捕特務,這工作已差不多了。在工商業界方面,經政府、勞、資三方的努力,共同解决了某些重要問題。但據我了解,政府努力超過了资方,勞方也在積極協助。舉個例子,如航業、煤業、鋼
