患儿,女2.5岁,间断性腹痛2月余加剧2周。2月前无明显诱因下感脐周痛,间断性钝痛,尤以夜间为重。无发热、恶心、呕吐、食欲尚可。大便黄色成形软便,一日一次,半年前行二次正规驱虫治疗。查体:T36.5℃,P 96次/分,R22次/分,W 12kg,心肺听诊正常。腹平软,无压痛反跳痛,肝脾未及。父、祖父有溃疡病史。血常规:RBC4.30×10~9/L Hb 109g/L,尿常规正常。大便潜血(-),B超示:双肾、输尿管、膀胱均未见异常,脑电图、静脉肾盂造影、腹部平片均正常。上
