我国公务员目前的选拔制度有三种形式押即选任制,任命制和聘任制。而这三种制度中,没有任何一种制度是完美无缺的。所以,只有这三种制度相互配合,才能建构一个和谐、统一、高效的公务员选拔制度。虽然目前我国主要是以选任制和任命制为主.聘任制为补充.但是笔者认为,在当前强调和平、发展、统一、和谐的社会大背景下。应该调整原有的比例,使聘任制和选举制、委任制一样,在整个公务员体制中发挥自己的作用。
