以87台中小型燃烟煤层燃炉(≤70MW)的燃料特性分析数据和SO2排放实测数据为基础,利用统计分析方法,分析了锅炉出力、过量空气系数、燃煤硫含量对燃烧过程中硫转化率和SO2产生系数的影响,研究了硫转化率和SO2产生系数的确定方法,获得了我国中小型燃烟煤层燃炉的硫转化率和SO2产生系数。结果表明:在锅炉运行负荷≥80%的条件下,硫转化率η和基于燃煤硫含量的SO2产生系数EF0S与锅炉出力和燃煤硫含量无关,过量空气系数对二者的影响也十分有限;基于燃料消耗量、低位发热量的SO2产生系数EFC0、EF0H与硫含量之间呈现出显著的线性相关性;中小型燃用烟煤层燃炉硫转化率η和基于燃煤硫含量的SO2产生系数EF0S的平均值分别为76.64%和1.55kg/kg,基于燃料消耗量、低位发热量的SO2产生系数EFC0、EF0H与硫含量之间的线性关系式分别为EF0C=16.0567×Sar(g/kg)、EF0H=787.11779×Sar(ng/J)。
