本文采用聚乙二醇为相转移催化剂,考察了与水完全互溶、完全不互溶、部份互溶的三种类型的溶剂体系的聚合反应及其结果。着重讨论溶剂的极性,溶度参数对缩聚产物的比浓粘度的影响。同时,对极性较高的与水完全互溶的溶剂,在碱与双酚A的摩尔比较高时,树脂易出现溶胀的现象,提出了解释。指出了在与水完全互溶的溶剂中,没有发生络合离子对的转移过程,在该体系内的反应,实质上是相转移后在有机相内所发生的行为。
In this paper, polyethylene glycol (PEG) as phase transfer catalyst was used to investigate the polymerization and the results of three types of solvent systems which are completely miscible, completely immiscible and partially miscible with water. Focus on the polarity of the solvent, the solubility parameter of the polycondensation product of the reduced viscosity. At the same time, the higher polarity and water completely miscible solvents, alkali and bisphenol A molar ratio is high, the phenomenon of swelling of the resin prone to explain the proposed. It is pointed out that in a solvent that is completely miscible with water, no transfer of complex ion pairs occurs, and the reaction within the system is essentially what occurs in the organic phase after phase transfer.
