本文应用心血管电影造影与心机图测定10例冠心病患者的左室功能。左室造影之射血分数(LVEFc)与心机图所得(LVEFm)呈线性相关;二者均值都低于正常人,与冠脉狭窄分数呈良好的负相关。左室舒张未压异常组中,LVEFc与LVEFm均显著低于正常组,冠脉狭窄分数则高于正常组。心机图测定的左室射血分数与左室造影相关良好,表明无创性心机图方法测定左室功能有临床参考价值。
In this paper, cardiovascular imaging and cardiogram were used to determine the left ventricular function in 10 patients with coronary heart disease. The left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEFc) was linearly correlated with LVEFm (mean LVEFm). The mean of LVEFc was lower than that of normal subjects and showed a good negative correlation with coronary stenosis score. Left ventricular diastolic pressure is not abnormal group, LVEFc and LVEFm were significantly lower than the normal group, coronary stenosis was higher than the normal group. Left ventricular ejection fraction measured by cardiogram showed good correlation with left ventricular angiography, indicating that noninvasive cardiogram method has clinical value in determining left ventricular function.
