Now we introduce a method that can be used for two-phase design of a drawing. This method is to modify the enlarged preliminary design of ratio 1:400 to construction design. This method was first tested by the Department of Building 1 of our institute when designing a welding workshop for a certain factory. Before the trial, there was a lively debate about whether the 1:400 ratio could be adopted in the construction design and finally it was adopted unanimously.
