目的 :探讨米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产的安全性及有效性。方法 :对 80例经B超证实为稽留流产的患者予米非司酮及米索前列醇口服 ,观察其有效率和副反应。结果 :完全流产 5 4例 ,不全流产 2 4例 ,失败 2例 ,与中孕药物流产疗效相比较 ,二者无显著性差异。实验组中无一例发生大出血、子宫破裂、胎盘早剥、羊水栓塞等并发症。结论 :米非司酮配伍米索前列醇治疗稽留流产可取得与中孕药流相同的疗效 ,且安全。
Objective: To investigate the safety and efficacy of mifepristone combined with misoprostol in the treatment of missed abortion. Methods: Eighty patients with confirmed abortion by B ultrasound were given mifepristone and misoprostol orally to observe its efficiency and side effects. Results: There were 54 cases of complete abortion, 24 cases of incomplete abortion and 2 cases of failure. Compared with the efficacy of medical abortion in the second trimester, there was no significant difference between the two. No case of experimental group occurred bleeding, uterine rupture, placental abruption, amniotic fluid embolism and other complications. Conclusion: Mifepristone combined with misoprostol in treatment of missed abortion can achieve the same effect as that of the second trimester, and is safe.
