针对目前评价液固两相流泵磨损程度的方法在定量分析方面存在的不足,应用二级模糊综合评判法建立了包括运行、介质、结构各环节及其各环节对泵磨损类型的因素体系,确立了泵磨损的模糊分类等级对应分值,构造了泵磨损模糊关系矩阵,特别定义了泵的磨损严重程度,并结合实际给出磨损严重程度的计算示例,证明这种方法是适用的.
Aiming at the shortcomings in quantitative analysis of the present method of evaluating the wear degree of liquid-solid two-phase flow pumps, a two-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to establish the factors system of the type of wear and tear of the pump including operation, media, structure and each link, The fuzzy score matrix of pump wear is established, the pump wear fuzzy relation matrix is constructed, and the severity of pump wear is specially defined. The calculation example of the severity of wear is given, which proves that this method is suitable.
