目的探讨劈核技术在白内障超声乳化手术中的应用。方法采用改良的拦截劈裂技术,对80例核硬度为Ⅳ级的老年性白内障行超声乳化摘除术。结果术后3个月矫正视力≥0.9者,占76.25%。轻度角膜水肿8例,中度角膜水肿2例,后囊破裂1例。结论采用改良的拦截劈裂技术,分割晶体核坚韧的纤维变得更加容易,术中减少了对晶体囊膜和悬韧带的牵拉,缩短了超声时间,减少了能量的应用
Objective To investigate the application of split-core technique in cataract phacoemulsification. Methods 80 cases of age-related cataract with nuclear hardness Ⅳ were treated by phacoemulsification with modified interception and splitting technique. Results 3 months after correction of visual acuity ≥ 0.9, accounting for 76.25%. 8 cases of mild corneal edema, 2 cases of moderate corneal edema, 1 case of posterior capsule rupture. Conclusions The improved interception splitting technique makes it easier to segment the tough fibers of the crystalline nucleus, reducing the stretching of the crystalline capsule and the suspensory ligament, shortening the sonication time and reducing the use of energy
