高品位的校园文化是高职院校的内核和重要根基,独特鲜明的校园文化也能反映出该校的发展理念、文化内涵和办学特点。本文针对高职院校校园文化建设具有的新特点、面临的新问题,以苏州工业园区服务外包职业学院为例提出了引进优秀的服务外包企业文化、拓展素质教育、职业人教育,开展校园文化创新等建设措施。
High grade campus culture is the core and important foundation of higher vocational colleges. The unique and distinctive campus culture can also reflect the school’s development concept, cultural connotation and school characteristics. This article aims at the new characteristics and new problems faced by the campus culture construction in higher vocational colleges. Taking the service outsourcing vocational institute in Suzhou Industrial Park as an example, this paper proposes to introduce outstanding service outsourcing enterprise culture, expand quality education, promote vocational education and carry out campus culture Innovation and other construction measures.
