公司治理结构是公司制度发挥作用的基础,是现代企业制度建设中的重要问题。基于公司治理的激励机制是当前研究的主题及热点,公司的激励机制是决定企业运作和发展质量的重要基石,是企业公司决策科学化,企业竞争实力化的具体体现。基于公司治理的角度,研究了现代企业激励机制的构建问题,探讨了如何完善公司的企业治理问题,实现企业效益和价值的最大化。
Corporate governance structure is the basis for the company system to play its role and an important issue in the construction of modern enterprise system. Incentive mechanism based on corporate governance is the theme of the current research and hot spots. The incentive mechanism of the company is an important cornerstone for determining the quality of the operation and development of a company. It is also a concrete manifestation of the scientific decision-making of enterprises and the competitive strength of enterprises. From the perspective of corporate governance, this paper studies the construction of incentive mechanism for modern enterprises, discusses how to improve the corporate governance issues and maximize the efficiency and value of the enterprise.
