上海市城市规划学会、上海市城市规划设计研究院和《上海城市规划》编辑部联合举办了上海市“美丽乡村”村庄规划方案征集比赛。本次比赛遵循“尊重自然、有机更新;尊重人民、以人为本;整体协调、统筹落实”的规划理念,为了系统认识上海“三农”问题,找出上海村庄发展的阶段瓶颈,旨在针对性地提出上海农村典型村庄的发展方向和规划方法,形成具有推广意义和可持续发展的上海村庄规划样板。
