本文利用2008—2013年沪深A股上市公司的相关财务数据,探讨了法律环境、审计师行业专长对商业信用模式的影响。实证研究发现:审计师行业专长有助于降低企业的交易成本,即企业可以获得更多低成本的商业信用;进一步研究发现,在法制环境好的地区,审计师行业专长对降低交易成本的作用更加显著。
Based on the related financial data of Shanghai and Shenzhen A-share listed companies from 2008 to 2013, this paper explores the influence of legal environment and auditor’s expertise on the commercial credit model. Empirical study found that the auditor’s professional expertise can help to reduce the transaction costs of enterprises, that is, enterprises can get more low-cost commercial credit; further study found that in the legal environment, the auditor’s expertise to reduce transaction costs More significant.
