发改价格[2013]1494号公安部、司法部、住房城乡建设部、交通运输部、水利部、农业部、国家卫生计生委、环境保护部、审计署、国资委、国家工商总局、国家知识产权局、中国外文局、国家铁路局,各省、自治区、直辖市发展改革委、物价局、财政厅(局):为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于实施<国务院机构改革和职能转变方案>任务分工的通知》(国办发〔2013〕22号)要求,减轻企业和居民负担,决定降低部分行政事业性收费标准。现将有关问题通知如下:
Ministry of Public Security, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development, Ministry of Transport, Ministry of Water Resources, Ministry of Agriculture, State Health and Family Planning Commission, Ministry of Environmental Protection, Audit Commission, SASAC, State Administration for Industry and Commerce Property Rights Bureau, China Foreign Languages Bureau, National Railway Administration, NDRC, Price Bureau, and Finance Bureau (Bureau): In order to implement the task of “dividing the tasks of the General Office of the State Council in implementing the program of institutional reform and functions of the State Council Notice ”(Guo Ban Fa [2013] No. 22) requirements, reduce the burden on enterprises and residents, decided to reduce some of the administrative fees.
