沸点低于230℃的酚为挥发性酚,毒性大,是水质监测的一个重要指标。酚主要存在于钢铁工业的焦化厂,城市煤气厂,石油化工产品厂废水中,炼焦过程所产生的污水,含有大量酚、氨、氯化物、焦油等杂质。本文研究焦化厂排污水含酚量的测试方法。导数吸光光度法,具有高选择性和高灵敏度等特点。Talsky等人曾简单报导过用导数光度法测定废水中的苯胺和酚,本文详细讨论了导数光度法对酚的定量测定方法,与常规标准方法比较,结果十分接近,而方法简便,不需要特殊试剂。可在吸收光谱有干扰的情况下,在波长285~240nm范围内作四阶导数谱直接测定其含量。线性范围宽,在100毫克·升~(-1)以内呈线性,检测限为0.06毫克·升~(-1)。
