龙川县卫生局针对乡镇卫生防疫人员素质差、数量少的现状,于今年5月份举办一期一年制卫生专业学习班。龙川县有75万多人口,下辖29个乡镇。全县29个乡镇只有39名防疫人员,每个乡镇平均1.34名,人口比例为0.52/万。其中仅有3名公卫医士,只占防疫人员的7.7％,其他的为中、西医士(师)、药剂士、会计、非技术人员。而且非技术人员占了21名,比例为54％。非技术人员当
The Longchuan County Health Bureau has organized a one-year health professional class in May this year in response to the poor quality and low quality of township health and epidemic prevention personnel.
