目的：介绍输尿管囊肿应用经尿道激光治疗的新技术。方法：总结７例输尿管囊肿病人的临床资料，报告Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光经尿道切除输尿管囊肿的手术方法。结果：７例输尿管囊肿病人手术顺利，术中无出血，操作简便，恢复快，术后随访半年至２年，临床症状均消失，无返流现象发生。结论：应用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光经尿道切除输尿管囊肿，是一种安全、有效的治疗方法
Objective: To introduce the new technique of transurethral laser treatment of ureterocele. Methods: The clinical data of 7 patients with ureteral cyst were summarized, and the operative method of transurethral resection of ureteral cyst by Nd: YAG laser was reported. Results: The ureteral cyst in 7 cases was successfully operated without any bleeding during operation. The operation was simple and fast. After 6 months to 2 years of follow - up, clinical symptoms disappeared and no reflux occurred. Conclusion: Nd: YAG laser transurethral resection of ureterocele is a safe and effective treatment
