目的为系统观察中华硬蜱成虫叮咬蜱抗原免疫接种组和佐剂对照组宿主后中肠上皮形态学动态变化。方法选用中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种组0兔和佐剂对照组兔,分别在叮咬后24h、48h、72h以及第5、8天电镜下观察中肠上皮形态学变化。结果中华硬蜱叮咬唾液腺抗原免疫接种宿主后,蜱中肠上皮遭到较严重程度的损伤和破坏,消化细胞表面微绒毛减少、变短、排列不整,细胞内粗面内质网扩张,线粒体嵴减少,高铁血红素颗粒及脂滴较对照组明显减少,基底迷路系统空泡化,基膜变性、松散和断裂等。而对照组蜱中肠消化细胞发育正常。讨论结果提示在蜱抗诱导的宿主抗蜱免疫作用中,蜱中肠是主要损伤部位,中肠的病理损伤是蟀吸血、生殖能力变化的病理学基础。
The aim of this study was to systematically observe the morphological changes of midgut epithelium in the adult Ixodes tick tick antigen immunization group and adjuvant control group. Methods The ticks of salivary gland antigen of Ixodes sinensis were used to immunize group 0 rabbits and adjuvant control rabbits. Morphological changes of midgut epithelium were observed under electron microscope at 24h, 48h, 72h and 5th and 8th after bite respectively. Results After ticks salivary gland antigen immunization, the intestinal epithelial cells of ticks were damaged and destroyed to a greater degree, the microvilli on the digestive cells were reduced, shortened and arranged irregularly, the intracellular rough endoplasmic reticulum was dilated and the mitochondrial cristae Decreased, and the hemin particles and lipid droplets significantly reduced compared with the control group, the basement labyrinthine vacuolization system, the basement membrane degeneration, loose and fracture. The control group tick intestinal digestive cell development is normal. The results suggest that in the anti-tick-induced host immune response to ticks, ticks in the ticks are the major sites of injury, and pathological damage in the midgut is the pathological basis for changes in blood pressure and reproductive capacity.
