自党的十五大确立了依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家的基本方略以来,我国如火如荼的开展社会主义法治建设。社会主义法治理念的提出,更是为我国的法治建设提供了新的指导思想。本文指出要想实现法治,其前提就是有科学完善的立法,而在立法中体现道德,又是立良法的关键。
Since the 15th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has established the basic strategy of governing the country according to law and building a socialist country under the rule of law, our country has been carrying out the construction of the socialist legal system in full swing. The proposal of socialist concept of the rule of law has even provided a new guiding principle for the construction of the rule of law in our country. This article points out that in order to realize the rule of law, the premise is that there is a sound science and legislation, and embodying morality in legislation is the key to establishing a good law.
