社会保障是宪法赋予人民的一项权利,中国农民应该获得社会保障的保护。为激发农民自愿投身到全面建设小康社会的热情,也为了尽早在广大农村实现全面小康,解决好农民的社会保障是这一问题的关键。为此,本文首先分析了我国社会保障下的我国农村居民消费发展现状与问题,随后结合现状分析社会保障对我国农村居民消费状况的影响与作用,最后结合分析结果,对我国社会保障的发展提出意见与建议。
Social security is a right granted to the people by the Constitution and Chinese peasants should be protected by social security.
