电子商务自其产生以来发展迅猛,其经营理念,管理方法和技术水平均处于发展成熟的阶段。网上图书馆信息服务能否借助电子商务的诸多优势改造自己信息服务的手段和方法, 进而实现信息服务的新生长点呢?本文通过对电子商务的涵义及其本质特征进行分析,论述了图书馆信息服务工作与电子商务相结合的必要性和可能性,提出了图书馆借助电子商务模式开展网上信息服务的方式。
Since its birth, e-commerce has developed rapidly, and its business philosophy, management methods and technical level are at a mature stage.
