目的 了解端粒酶活性在口腔鳞状细胞癌中的表达情况 ,并探讨端粒酶活性在口腔鳞状细胞癌演变过程的作用。方法 对 37例口腔鳞状细胞癌、8例癌前病变 (白斑 )、4 0例口腔良性肿瘤及 12例正常口腔组织 ,采用聚合酶链反应—酶联免疫吸附法检测其端粒酶活性。结果 口腔鳞状细胞癌中的端粒酶活性阳性率明显高于良性肿瘤组和正常组织组。口腔癌前病变组与鳞状细胞癌组基本一致。结论 端粒酶可稳定染色体末端的端粒酶结构 ,端粒酶活化在口腔肿瘤恶变过程中起了重要作用 ;端粒酶可作为判断癌变能力的良好分子生物学标志。
Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase activity in oral squamous cell carcinoma and to explore the role of telomerase activity in the evolution of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The telomerase activity of 37 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma, 8 cases of precancerous lesions (leukoplakia), 40 cases of benign oral cavity tumors and 12 cases of normal oral tissues were detected by polymerase chain reaction-enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. Results The positive rate of telomerase activity in oral squamous cell carcinoma was significantly higher than that in benign tumor and normal tissue. Oral precancerous lesions and squamous cell carcinoma group basically the same. Conclusion Telomerase can stabilize the telomerase structure at telophase, and telomerase activation plays an important role in the malignant transformation of oral tumors. Telomerase can be used as a good molecular marker for carcinogenesis.
