目的探讨辐射防护系统设计的一般原则,从辐射安全与工程设计最优化的角度出发,保证辐射安全并合理控制职业和公众照射的水平。方法充分考虑国内现行实施辐射防护控制的技术标准要求,提出辐射防护系统设计应注意的几个关键问题。结果从场所安全连锁系统、设备自身安全连锁系统和辐射防护管理等角度,给出辐射防护系统基本构成单元之间的关系。结论依据《电离辐射防护与放射源安全基本标准》(GB 18871-2002)的基本原则,完善辐射防护设施和工程的完整性和有效性,促进辐射安全,提高防护效率。
Objective To explore the general principles of radiation protection system design and to ensure radiation safety and reasonable control of occupational and public exposure from the perspective of radiation safety and engineering design optimization. Methods Considering the current technical standards for implementing radiation protection and control in our country, several key issues that should be paid attention to in radiation protection system design are put forward. Results The relationship between the basic elements of the radiation protection system is given from the point of view of the place safety interlocking system, the equipment own interlocking system and the radiation protection management. Conclusion Based on the basic principles of “Basic Standard for Protection against Ionizing Radiation and Safety of Radioactive Sources” (GB 18871-2002), the integrity and effectiveness of radiation protection facilities and engineering should be improved to promote radiation safety and enhance protection efficiency.
