整整一个世纪之前,当进入20世纪的时候,华北出现了中国第一条实际运行的铁路。以此为标志,中国的交通结构发生了划时代的演变。由于20世纪初修筑的几条铁路干线的起点或全程都在华北,铁路网络形成所引发的区域经济社会发展,以及城市化进程的加快,在华北尤其明显。本文的意图就是以华北为研究范围,探讨交通结构的演变与近代区域城市化之间的关系。
A century ago, when entering the 20th century, the first railroad that actually operated in China appeared in north China. As a sign of this, China’s transportation structure has undergone a landmark evolution. Since the beginnings or the entire journey of several railway lines built in early 20th century are in North China, the regional economic and social development triggered by the formation of the railway network and the acceleration of urbanization are especially notable in North China. The purpose of this paper is to explore the relationship between the evolution of traffic structure and the urbanization in the modern region by taking North China as the research area.
