研究结果表明,土壤和作物根部存在大量有益的拮抗细菌,其中A06、A209和S34,3个菌株对芦笋茎枯病有很强的拮抗作用,对病菌菌丝体生长的抑制宽度分别为10.6mm,10.0mm和8.6mm;对器孢子萌发的抑制圈半径分别为9.3mm,8.7mm和9.2mm,且这些菌株的发酵液也有抑菌作用。室内平板测定结果表明:适宜拮抗细菌生长温度为25~35℃,pH值6~8;距紫外线光源30~100cm内照射5min,拮抗细菌均被杀伤,抑制细菌生长率98.9%~31.5%。在田间,拮抗菌液和麦皮混合施用,防治茎枯病效果为44.6%。
The results showed that there were a large number of beneficial antagonistic bacteria in the soil and crop roots. Among them, A06, A209 and S34 had strong antagonistic effects on the shoot blight of Asparagus officinalis, and the inhibition width of the mycelial growth was 10%. 6mm, 10.0mm and 8.6mm, respectively. The radius of inhibition circle against sporulation was 9.3mm, 8.7mm and 9.2mm, respectively. The fermentation broth of these strains also had antibacterial activity. The results of indoor plate assay showed that the suitable temperature for bacterial growth was 25-35 ℃ and the pH value was 6-8. The irradiation of 30-100 cm from ultraviolet light source for 5 min resulted in the killing of antagonistic bacteria and the inhibition of bacterial growth rate of 98.9% -31. 5%. In the field, the antagonistic bacterial liquid and the mixture of wheat straw, the control effect of stem blight is 44.6%.
