麦壳来源广泛,质地松散,直接用来栽培草菇易生鬼伞菌,产量低。为此,我们采用了合适的配方和发酵处理等措施,收到了较好的栽培效果。(一)供试菌株草菇 V_(23),引自华中农大,母种用 PSA 培养基扩接,原种和栽培种培养基为棉子壳92%、石灰2%、石膏1%、麦麸5%,栽培种菌龄为15天。
