我厂生产的操纵油阀为铸件(HT 28~48),其孔径为12毫米,孔长为87毫米,要求加工光洁度为8,锥度、不圆度及弯曲度均不许超超0.003毫米,孔与阀杆配合间隙为0.003~0.008毫米。旧加工工艺不仅生产效率低,而且质量差、废品率高达70%。经过长期摸索,试制成功了图1所示铰挤刀,生产实践证明,使用该刀加工阀孔效果较好。螺旋式铰挤刀沿刀刃长度方向有六种不同尺寸,在工作中起着不同的作用。头部28毫米为第一段,主要承受切削作用;第二段I 处为15毫米,
