油井在生产过程中,由于防偏磨措施不完善,抽油杆与油管内壁产生摩擦,造成油管、杆偏磨的现象。油管偏磨落井后,打捞难度较大,目前无专门用于打捞偏磨油管的工具。自制打捞工具由于受制作水平、工艺等方面的限制,打捞效果不理想,作业效率较低,而且打捞时易将鱼顶胀破或撕裂,造成事故复杂化。本文通过处理偏磨落井油管的大修案例,分析事故处理方法和总结打捞经验,为以后偏磨落井油管事故的处理提供参考,达到提高事故处理成功率和作业效率的目的。
Oil wells in the production process, due to imperfect anti-eccentric wear, sucker rod and the inner wall of tubing friction, resulting in tubing, rod partial wear phenomenon. After the tubing partial wear down the well, the recovery is more difficult, there is no special tools for salvage partial wear tubing. Owing to the limitation of production level and technology, the self-made fishing tools have poor salvage efficiency and low operation efficiency, and the fish head is easily broken or torn when being salvaged, thus complicating the accident. In this paper, we deal with the overrun cases of partial drop tubing, analyze the methods of accident treatment and summarize the experience of salvage, so as to provide reference for the handling of partial wear and drop tubing accident in the future, so as to improve the success rate and operational efficiency of accident handling.
