目的:对马黄酊制剂的化学成分进行研究。方法:采用硅胶柱色谱,ODS反相柱色谱以及重结晶等方法分离纯化,并通过理化常数和波谱分析鉴定化合物结构。结果:从抗炎活性最强的乙酸乙酯部位分离并鉴定出12个化合物,分别为小檗碱(1),非洲防己碱(2),黄连碱(3),8-氧化表小檗碱(4),8-氧化黄连碱(5),栀子苷(6),马钱子碱(7),番木鳖碱(8),番木鳖次碱(9),α-香树脂醇(10),β-谷甾醇(11),胡萝卜苷(12)。结论:化合物1~12均为首次从该复方制剂中分离得到,以生物碱类成分为主,其应该为马黄酊药理活性的物质基础。
Objective: To study the chemical constituents of Mahuang tincture. Methods: The compounds were separated and purified by silica gel column chromatography, ODS reverse phase column chromatography and recrystallization. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical constants and spectral analysis. RESULTS: Twelve compounds were isolated and identified from the ethyl acetate fraction with the strongest anti-inflammatory activity. They were berberine (1), tetrandrine (2), coptisine (3) (5), geniposide (6), brucine (7), strychnine (8), strychnine (9), alpha-amyrin (10), β-sitosterol (11), daucosterol (12). CONCLUSION: Compounds 1 ~ 12 were isolated from this compound for the first time. The main alkaloids were compounds, which should be the material basis of the pharmacological activity of Mahuang tincture.
