行为科学理论认为,行为与期望有关,创业者放弃创业的行为与创业初期的期望也应有联系。但已有研究对“新生创业者的创业期望如何影响放弃创业行为”问题存在较大分歧。与已有文献不同,本文强调创业期望分析的动态性而非稳定的重要性,为此考查了期望落差与新生创业者放弃创业的关系,探索了不同维度的创业期望对该作用过程的影响,并利用CPSED项目进行了随机抽样调查。本研究结论对于有关创业行为独特性的研究有着突出的理论启示,同时对创业实践和政策有着重要的实践启示。
Behavioral science theory that the behavior and expectations related to entrepreneurial behavior and business start-up expectations should also be linked. However, there are many studies on the issue of how the entrepreneurial expectation of new entrants affects the abandonment of entrepreneurial behavior. Different from the existing literatures, this paper emphasizes the dynamic but not the steady importance of the entrepreneurial expectation analysis, and examines the relationship between the expectation drop and the new-born entrepreneurs’ abandonment of entrepreneurship, explores the influence of different dimensions of entrepreneurial expectation on the process, And using the CPSED project conducted a random sample survey. The conclusion of this research has a prominent theoretical enlightenment for the research on the uniqueness of entrepreneurial behavior, meanwhile, it has important practical enlightenment on entrepreneurship practice and policy.
