“如果哪一个中小企业说我什么都缺但就是不缺钱,那一定是谎言。”这是一位中小企业主在中小企业高层论坛上发出的感叹。缺钱是中小企业一直以来的普遍难题。在中国,99%的企业是中小企业。他们对GDP的贡献超过60%,对税收的贡献超过50%,提供了80%的城镇就业岗位和82%的新产品开发。但是他们依然很难获得银行的青睐。中小企业缺血,就等于中国经济缺血。这种局面不改变,中国经济的竞争力将会受到很大损害。如何破解中小企业融资难的问题?监管部门政策频出,能否改变中小企业的融资困境?在金融体制上应该如何另辟蹊径,为中小企业融资进行创新?中小企业自身应该做哪些努力?基于此,我们编辑采写了这组文章——
