开发中国西部是党中央提出旨在提高全国综合经济实力的重大战略决策。处于东部、全国最大都市的上海积极参与西部大开发,协作工作已全面启动,持续升温,并取得实质性进展。今年以来,仅上海工业与西部地区达成的合作意向和经贸合同上百项,涉及资金超过200亿元。
The development of western China is a major strategic decision put forth by the party Central Committee aimed at enhancing the comprehensive economic strength of the country. In the east, the largest city in the country, Shanghai is actively participating in the large-scale development of the western region. The work on coordination has been started in an all-round way and the temperature has been steadily warming up and substantive progress has been made. Since the beginning of this year, only one hundred cooperation contracts and economic and trade contracts reached between Shanghai Industrial and the western regions have involved more than 20 billion yuan of funds.
