刚刚召开的全国科学技术大会,提出了“加强自主创新,建设创新型国家”的宏伟目标。在这又一个科学的春天到来之际,我高兴地得知,《北京水务》杂志创刊了,这是北京水务的一件大事。通过《北京水务》,构建北京水务科技发展的平台,对促进科技创新,建设现代水利具有十分重要的意义。我国实施科教兴国战略和人才强国战略已经进入加快科学技术创新和跨越的历史阶段。通过科技攻关, 重点解决经济建设和社会发展中的重大关键问题,突出公益技术研究和产业关键共性技术研发,把能源、资源、环境、农业、信息等关键领域的重大技术研发
The just-held National Science and Technology Conference put forward the grand goal of “strengthening independent innovation and building an innovative nation”. On this spring of another science, I am happy to learn that Beijing Water started its publication as a major event for Beijing Water. Through “Beijing Water”, building a platform for Beijing’s water science and technology development is of great significance to promoting technological innovation and building modern water conservancy. China’s strategy of invigorating the country through science and education and strengthening its nation by talents has entered a historical stage of accelerating scientific and technological innovation and leapfrogging. Through key scientific and technological breakthroughs, we will focus on solving key issues in economic construction and social development, highlight the research and development of commonweal technology research and industrial common key technologies, and integrate major technological research and development in such key areas as energy, resources, environment, agriculture and information
